While the fastback is undergoing repairs, I am taking care of a few odds and ends that will help make the car safer and more enjoyable on the road. The photos above are of the original FoMoCo windshield wiper motor with part numbers and date codes. The wipers would stall when first turned on indicating the motor was about to give, but thanks to Mustangs Unlimited - it has been rebuilt good as new!
These seats are out of a 1970 Mustang Mach 1 and will be an great addition to accommodate my 6'-1" plus frame. Realize that my car will never be concourse, but I am trying to keep a somewhat stock appearance and it will be more comfortable for those long road trips down Route 66! The seats include a sport bolster and although the photo does not do the colors justice, they look fabulous! I can't wait to try them out in the car.
